Tropical Rain Forest

Good morning teacher and classmates. My name is Brittany padilla Morales. Today I am going to talk about the tropical rain forest.

The tropical rain forest is one of the most beautiful environments on the planet. There are more different typs of plants and animals in the tropical rain forest than any other environment combined. Today I will be talking about worms, monkeys, tigers, and eagl's as well as fruit tree, canopy trees, bromeliads, and mushrooms.

Worms are mostly found on the ground where there is rich soil. They create tunnles in the ground wich allows air and nutrients to mix, benefiting the plants growing there. Worms are also food for birds and other animals

Monkeys live in the trees. They are very intelligent and live together in families. They eat leaves, fruits, seeds, nuts, flowers, eggs, and small animals including insects and spiders.

Eagls sore around the trees to stay away from eneiems. They dive down to the ground to catch there pray. They eat sloths,monkeys, and other small mammals.

Tigers are found anywhere they can find food. Tigers eat monkeys, birds, rabbits, fish, and other animals. Tigers are predators and hunt their prey alone.

Fruit trees provide food and shelter for the animals in the rainforest. Tropical rainforest contain a wide variety of fruit trees. Some fruits that can be found include banannas, oranges, coconuts,and mango.

Canopy trees can grow to 120 feet. They provide shelter to the animals of the rain forest. The also provide shade which pevents the forest below from growing too dents.

Bromeliads are a kind of tropical plant with leaves like a pineapple. Some bromeliads, such as spanish moss, grow on other trees. Otherssuch as pineapples store water in a tank at the bace of there leaves.

Mushrooms are found on the forest floor.A Mushroom is the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of fungus, typically produced above ground on soil or on its food source. Some mushroom are used as medicine,and others are used for food.

The animals that live in the rainforest have learned to eat the foods and live in the shelter that the rain forest provides. This makes the rainforest the perfect place for these animals environment. Most of them would not survive outside of it.

My trip

I went on a trip. I went by car and it was a very long ride. On the way we stopped at a restaurant and eat some pizza. Then we went on then we went to the waterfall and walked all around looking for animals finally I remembered we were in el valle some place here in Panama. After we took a walk in the forest. We went to the zoo. When we got to the zoo, I saw parrot's, Frogs, the red and green macaw, and deers. When we were about to leave we went and saw a beautiful peacock and a alligator then we went pass a raccoon and it almost bit my daddy. Good thing it didn't are my daddy would be in the hospital!

More and More about Panama

Lots and lots of things are happening here in Panama. I played my guitar and my sister played with the piano so we decided to have a band. We found a drum and also a flute. We played and played till we were tired. Then we thought to lay down and read till we felt strong again. Then we played blocks. It was all fun and laughter!

Dentist

I went to the dentist today. The dentist had to fix my teeth. The dentist had to pull out two teeth. I cried a little bit but the rest didn't hurt. I am so excited because the tooth fairy is going to come give me money!

Circus

I went to the circus. I toke a taxi all the way to the circus. It was a very long ride. My sister even fell asleep! When we got to the circus, my sister dropped Ellie in a giant big mud puddle. She cried so mommy had to wash it. But when we got inside the circus, you just couldn't frown! There were clown's a funny goose and there was trapeze people that that jumped off the trapeze and flied! It was lot's of fun. I want to go to the circus again! Oh and I forgot the dancing girls and the gymnastic girls they were awesome. Go to the circus it is a wonderful and cool place.

The kid who won the olympics

One day a little girl called Natalia was practicing her splits and flips. All day she did gymnastics she even learned how to do a back handspring. People mostly said " Oh dear Natalia your going to break your neck". But always Natalia Ignored them and just kept on doing gymnastics. One day her mom called her for dinner but Natalia just stayed in her room. So her mom went to see. And when she came she saw Natalia doing forward and backward flip. '' Natalia how did you do that?'' asked her mom surprisedly. '' I just tried and tried and tried'' Natalia said. In the night time Natalia's mommy called the olympics. In the morning when Natalia was still asleep Natalia's mommy bought a gymnast suit. And when Natalia woke up she eat her breakfast and put on her gymnast cloths and had her first gymnastics class in a few moths the teacher said she was good enough to go to the olympics. When she was at the olympics she did her best and she won the olympics! And when she grew up she became a famous gymnast.

Five sheep

Once upon a time there were five sheep. Andy, Claire, Hannah, Sara, and Nane. They played and played dust to dark. Then something awful happened all there toys blew away! Now the had to stay inside with no toys. They were very sad they had no toys for years now there mom was now going to buy more for them. So they got 100 toys and played happley ever after.
