I cooked today, Some yummy food. It was called Pasta with homemade cheese sauce. Guess what? Today's your lucky day I'm going to tell you how to make it. Here's what you need. A Large pot. Measuring spoon's. Kitchen fork. Colander. Liquid measuring cup. Medium pot. Dry measuring cup ( 1 cup). Wooden spoon. Plates. Ladle. 1 teaspoon of salt. One 8-ounce package angel-hair pasta. 1 butter stick. 1 half and half. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Here's what you will do. Fill the large pot half full of water. Add salt. With an Adult helper nearby, put the pot on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Break the pasta in two and add to the boiling water. Stir with the fork. Let the pasta cook for about 4 minutes, than lift one piece out with the fork and taste it. If it is tender, let your Adult helper drain the pasta in the Colander in the sink. Save a cup of pasta water in the measuring cup. In a medium pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the half and half and the parmesan cheese. Add the pepper. Stir with the wooden spoon just until the cheese is melted. Turn off the heat. Put a cup of pasta on you your plate. Ladle about one-fourth cup of sauce on top of the pasta and mix in as you eat! If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little of pasta water. You may want to add more sauce.

President

Guess what? Mr.obama is president now! It is important because he is our first black president. Well I saw that he has two Malia and Sasha. Malia is ten Sasha is seven. Sasha is more my age my age. Because I'm 7 but I'm turning 8. I also learned that that night when they had the parade, They got to see the white house and got to go to ten different parties. And got to get a dog. What fun! Well All I hope is that Mr.obama is a good president.

Roller skating

I roller skated  a couple of days a go. It was fun I tell you. I fell down some times, but I liked it. I don't think my grandma quite did it so she walked. But I had to hold on to my daddy and mommy. It was hard for my little sister, MARIANNE. Because she is only three. Then we wanted to play some games but we didn't have any money: ( Well maybe next time. I want to learn how to skate like mommy and daddy there really good.

Tooth Fairy

You now when you lose a tooth, You get all exited  and you tell your mom and dad. Well I get more because when I lose a tooth I get lots of money. One time I got 40 dollars. And anther tooth I got ten. And Another tooth I got ten again. And I can't wait to see how much money I get this time Cause I got a wiggly tooth! Cooking game

I have some good news. I have gone on shockwave.com and there are games that are free and don't even need a shockwave. And  I have a favorite game, it is called sara super spa. I'f you go on it you will quickly get a favorite game. : ) I have found lots of fun games on the web site. And trust me you will too. It's going to be lots of fun. 

Bolt

I watched another movie. It was called, Bolt. And in the movie there was a dog named Bolt.  And a little girl named  Penny. Penny lost her dog. For a long long time. Some parts Marianne my sister cried. But it was ok because mommy hugged her. When the movie was over, I wrote in my blog. : ) And my sister went to bed. 

Madagascar

Today I watched a movie. It was called, madagascar escape from Africa 2. It was thrilling. Because Alkay ( the baby lion ) Was lost. And his father, Zuba was fighting against another lion. And guess what at the a end Alkay and his father won! If you watch the movie, I think you are going to stay close to your mom and dad. Sometimes you don't have to. But there's one thing you have to do. And that is to get ready to Laugh.
